The Lamar Educational Awards Foundation (LEAF) is preparing to host the 2026 Men Who Cook Gala, an evening full of great food, fun, and community spirit. Local men will showcase their cooking skills to help raise funds for LEAF’s mission.

The gala is set for Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Infinity Ballroom at Safari Texas Ranch, 11627 FM 1464, Richmond, Texas.

This year’s theme transports guests back to the groovy disco era of the 1970s. Guests are encouraged to wear sequins and platform shoes and enjoy the dance floor.

During the evening, chefs will serve appetizers, sides, main dishes, and desserts. Guests can try each dish and join in the competition to help choose the night’s Top Chef.

Tickets for the gala are now on sale. Individuals and organizations can get involved by joining the event as a Celebrity Chef Team or by donating items for the Silent Auction.
