Please choose the correct quantity of ID badges from the drop-down box. The quantity is the same as the dollar value listed on the above form.

Make sure to uncheck the "Myself" button and type in your student's name and ID# in the "Who Are You Purchasing this For" box.

NOTE: There is a 25 cent service charge per badge fine when paying online. To avoid the fee, you may pay cash at the school (see below).

Please direct all badge fine questions to Ms. Tasnin Asad (tasnin.asad@lcisd.org). To pay in cash, students may visit Ms. Asad in room 2109 during 2nd or 3rd periods or during A & B lunches.

Per the student handbook "all students must always have their student ID visible. At the beginning of each school year, students shall receive a new badge at no charge. Should a student need to REPLACE their student ID a $5.00 fee shall be charged." Should a student need to a TEMPORARY ID because they forgot their ID at home, a $1.00 fee shall be charged for a one-day temporary ID.

This is NOT OPTIONAL. It is part of the dress code. If you do not pay on the day it is issued, the fee will be charged to your library account. 

A hold will be placed on your semester grades, transcripts, and exemptions if this fine is not cleared.
