Foster High School

Only a parent or legal guardian may enroll a student at Foster High School.  To give temporary guardianship to another person, we will need the following:

• Homeowner (LCISD resident) - driver’s license with current address
• Current land based utility bill – gas, water, or electric (not over 30 days old) in homeowner’s name showing service address
• Parent - driver’s license
• Parent - current land based utility bill - gas, water, or electric (not over 30 days old) showing service address
• Homeowner and parent must have the following forms filled out and notarized

1. Affidavit of Bona Fide Lamar CISD Residence
2. Power of Attorney Affidavit

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED 

THESE FORMS AND DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED ON A YEARLY BASIS.
